E3 Cortex
Safety, Compliance, and Innovation in Regulated Thermal Transport
Certified insulated cardboard is essential for transporting temperature-sensitive regulated products, whether chemical, pharmaceutical, biological, or food items. At E3 Cortex, we have designed a solution that addresses thermal stability challenges while complying with the strict rules of Transport of Dangerous Goods (TDG).
Our cartons combine a reinforced triple-wall cardboard structure, thick insulating inserts, and optional PCM bricks to extend shelf life. All components are validated through compliance tests conducted by accredited laboratories.
The 4GV insulated cardboard is recognized for its ease of integration into existing supply chains. It is suitable for large industries in chemicals, healthcare, logistics, and food sectors, with full traceability for shipped batches.
E3 Cortex
Regulatory Thermal Packaging Designed for Field Constraints
Our UN-certified insulated cartons allow the transport of sensitive substances without breaking the cold chain. Whether for biological samples, medicines, or reagents, packaging compliance is a critical concern for our clients.
Each certified insulated carton is designed to provide an effective barrier against thermal shocks. Depending on the requirements, the models are equipped with vermiculite, PU foam, or EPS panels, and optionally an NFC logger to ensure temperature control.
Our solutions are tested according to ISTA 7D, S99-700, ADR standards and internally validated through drop, stacking, and humidity resistance tests. This ensures compliant use in road, air, or sea transport.
Facing today's climate challenges, E3 CORTEX aims to contribute to reducing its carbon footprint. This document, called the “Recyclability Sheet,” is intended to inform our partners about the environmental impact of our products. We continuously strive to find “clean” alternatives for all our products, despite regulatory constraints on transporting dangerous goods, which limit, to some extent, the use of recycled or bio-based components. The lifecycle of our products has been calculated using the IDEMAT database (environmental data dedicated to materials and industrial processes).
